
The Investigator, Employee Relations role supports the Employee Relations Investigations & Policy team within General Motors to uphold high standards of integrity and ethical conduct. The position involves conducting impartial, fact-based investigations into workplace misconduct such as discrimination, harassment, and policy violations, managing the entire process from planning and evidence gathering to report writing. Key responsibilities include developing investigative strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Labor Relations, and ensuring confidential, timely communication of results. This position offers the appeal of contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on safety and equity while working in a hybrid arrangement that is primarily remote with required on-site presence near Austin, Mountain View, or Warren hubs.
