About the Role

The Personal Training Manager (PTM) plays a key leadership role in select high-volume gyms, guiding and growing our personal training team every day. Reporting to the Fitness Manager and working closely with the Sr. Director of PT Experience, the PTM is the go-to leader for ensuring trainers deliver top-notch service and build strong relationships with members. This role is about helping people thrive: you will coach trainers, support their development, and create a positive environment that drives client satisfaction, retention, and results.

You will be the owner/operator of the day-to-day management of the personal training staff, serving as the key business partner to the Fitness Manager. Your focus will be on maximizing the quality and profitability of the personal training team while driving revenue growth and client retention. You will lead the team to deliver high-value orientation sessions, operationalize opportunities for growth, and own the end-to-end management of the trainer lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, development, and performance management.
