DMCA and Copyright Policy
Recrutus respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on Recrutus infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact.
Your notice should include enough information for us to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material, plus your contact information and required legal statements.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location URL.
- A good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the rights holder.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with required legal statements.
We may restore content where permitted by law if the complaining party does not file legal action within the required period.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Recrutus may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing material.
We reserve discretion to remove or disable access to material that appears infringing even before final adjudication.
