Expected Use
Recrutus is intended for lawful hiring, recruiting, and career discovery activities.
Users must provide accurate information and act professionally when communicating through the platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use Recrutus to publish or transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Fake jobs, misleading compensation claims, or scam recruiting behavior.
- Discriminatory hiring language prohibited by applicable employment law.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or privacy-invasive content.
- Malware, scraping abuse, credential theft, or security probing.
- Impersonation of another person, company, or rights holder.
Automation and Platform Abuse
You may not use bots or automated systems to scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform without explicit written authorization.
Excessive API or page request activity may be rate-limited, blocked, or investigated.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit features where we identify policy violations or abuse risks.
Serious incidents may be escalated to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required.
