Employer Terms
These Employer Terms govern business accounts posting jobs or accessing employer features on Recrutus.
Eligibility and Account Authority
You represent that you are authorized to bind your organization and that your account information is accurate and current.
You are responsible for account permissions, recruiter seat usage, and security of credentials for your team.
Job Posting Requirements
Job postings must describe real opportunities with materially accurate title, compensation signals, location, and employment type.
Employers are responsible for complying with applicable labor, anti-discrimination, pay transparency, and hiring laws in jurisdictions where they recruit.
- No pyramid, deceptive lead-gen, or non-employment postings.
- No unlawful screening criteria or discriminatory language.
- No requests for sensitive candidate data unrelated to hiring.
- No misleading urgency, fake interview flows, or bait-and-switch compensation terms.
Fees, Billing, and Renewals
Paid employer features are billed under your selected plan and accepted order terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due under stated payment terms; overdue balances may lead to suspension of premium features.
Candidate Data Use Restrictions
Candidate data accessed through Recrutus may only be used for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
Employers must not resell candidate data, build independent candidate databases for unrelated use, or use applicant data in violation of privacy laws.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate employer access for policy violations, fraud risk, abuse, non-payment, or legal compliance needs.
Termination does not remove obligations related to prior billing, compliance, confidentiality, or legal requests.
