As an HR Generalist at Advantage Metals Recycling, you will serve as a strategic business partner and catalyst for change. This role exists to drive division-level results while living out the Nucor culture. You will provide general HR leadership to critically analyze business situations, helping to formulate and execute business strategies that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.
In this position, you will oversee and administer all plans for a variety of Human Resources functions, including recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance, teammate engagement, and safety. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, protecting company assets through risk management, and maintaining internal controls. Your goal is to facilitate an environment conducive to inclusion and belonging, ensuring that teammate communications are clear, timely, and comprehensive so that everyone feels informed, valued, and engaged.
