About the Role

The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between technical operations and business needs within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements for Epic Willow applications, requiring a blend of technical proficiency and exceptional communication skills.

In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations. Your day-to-day involves managing and prioritizing support and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs. You will serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities align with business needs, while coordinating with offshore support teams to facilitate effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

Beyond daily operations, you will maintain critical system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols, while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies. You will also participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs, while supporting teams working on other applications.
