The Director of Human Resources and Training is a senior leadership position designed to drive our overall People strategy across a multi-state, multi-location organization. This is a highly visible role suited for a strategic thinker who can also execute—someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can translate our culture into scalable systems and programs.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth and organizational performance. You will oversee HR operations, training, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, ensuring that our HR infrastructure is robust enough to support expansion while remaining agile enough to adapt to changing business needs. You will also lead, mentor, and develop our HR and Training teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
