About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to serve as the focal point for HR operations across our generating facilities in Moss Point and Gulfport, Mississippi. This position is designed for a professional who thrives as a trusted strategist and an integral resource for employees at all levels. You will have direct access to plant leadership, offering the unique opportunity to impact our people strategy with real influence.
As an on-site role, visibility is key. You will work directly with site employees to ensure we continue producing the energy that powers our communities. This position is ideally suited for someone who values developing deep relationships and connecting with colleagues daily. You will support three specific plant sites:
- Plant Daniel (Moss Point, MS)
- Plant Watson (Gulfport, MS)
- Chevron Cogen (Gulfport, MS)
As an integral part of the plant's leadership team, you will collaborate closely with management to recommend human resource solutions that support the plant's business goals. You will also partner with the broader generation HR Business Partner team to drive key people projects and initiatives, acting as a liaison to ensure HR services are perfectly aligned with internal client needs.
