We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to serve as the focal point for HR operations across our generating facilities in Moss Point and Gulfport, Mississippi. This position is designed for a professional who thrives as a trusted strategist and an integral resource for employees at all levels. As an on-site role, visibility is key. You will work directly with site employees to ensure we continue producing the energy that powers our communities. This position is ideally suited for someone who values developing deep relationships and connecting with colleagues daily. You will support three specific plant sites:
As an integral part of the plant's leadership team, you will collaborate closely with management to recommend human resource solutions that support the plant's business goals. You will also partner with the broader generation HR Business Partner team to drive key people projects and initiatives, acting as a liaison to ensure HR services are perfectly aligned with internal client needs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Advanced degree and/or SPHR or SHRM SCP certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in multiple human resources disciplines working with a broad range of employees. Experience within a company serving in an HR business partner consulting role partnering with the business, including senior management. Experience in a plant/manufacturing and or public utility environment. Prior experience with strategic staffing, workforce planning, HR project management and change management.
