The HR Manager serves as the strategic and tactical leader for the HR function at the Dreyer's Laurel manufacturing factory. Reporting to the HR Director and Factory Manager, this role partners closely with the headquarters HR team in Walnut Creek, CA, to deliver comprehensive support to the Laurel site.
Success in this position requires balancing strategic and tactical partnerships with the Factory Manager and department managers while providing direct support to employees. You will be a trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, comfortable on the factory floor and close to the business and our people. This role is designed for a high-touch business partner and change agent who is self-motivated, highly accountable, and skilled at building relationships to drive organizational effectiveness.
We are looking for individuals who are curious, critical thinkers with high energy and a bias toward data-oriented decision-making. If you are a disciplined, authentic leader who feels comfortable challenging the status quo while accepting final decisions after robust debate, we want to hear from you.
