The HR Director will lead the HR function, reporting directly to the COO. This role is pivotal in addressing immediate priorities such as organizational restructuring, key leadership hiring, compliance, and strategic initiatives. You will ensure HR operations align with organizational goals, foster a high-performing culture based on SPIRIT and QUEST values, and drive workforce dominance through three strategic pillars: Geographic Dominance, Skill Dominance, and Utilization Dominance.
In this position, you will manage direct reports and strategically design the team to support the 2026 Playbook. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with executive leadership on policy standardization, guiding the development of hiring strategies, and overseeing complex employee relations matters. You will champion a culture of radical candor and high-frequency feedback while ensuring our multi-state operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Ultimately, you will enable KR Wolfe to dominate markets by reducing attrition, supporting revenue growth, and fostering a proud, versatile workforce aligned with our core values.
This role offers flexibility, being open to fully remote work for exceptional candidates or office-based work in Incline, Nevada, or Phoenix, Arizona.
