About the Role
As a proactive HR Business Partner, you will partner with HR leadership to influence and guide the organization. Your mission is to build, enhance, and counsel talent management functions, including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, change management, and development. You will coach and collaborate with all groups, influencing levels across the organization to enable company growth and scale. In this fast-paced environment, you will balance competing priorities, drive urgency, and identify trends to recommend solutions that keep pace with attracting, developing, and retaining our talent.

Work Model
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or fully remote. This role is expected to work from our Bellevue, WA office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Requirements
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
- verified3+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- verifiedSHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- verifiedPractical knowledge of federal and state employment laws
