About the Role
As the Director of Compensation, you will design and lead enterprise-wide compensation strategies that support our talent goals. This role exists to ensure our pay programs are competitive, equitable, and effective in driving performance. You will partner closely with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to develop frameworks for base pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
In this position, you will oversee market pricing, job architecture, and pay equity initiatives while managing annual merit and bonus cycles. Your day-to-day involves providing thought leadership on rewards, driving pay equity analysis, and managing a high-performing compensation team alongside external vendor relationships. You will serve as a key advisor on workforce planning and compensation analytics, ensuring our strategies remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
- verifiedCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- verifiedCertified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) a plus
- verifiedProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP beneficial
- verifiedProven experience leading large-scale compensation cycles
- verifiedExperience with multi-state or multi-unit retail organizations
Nice to Have
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred, Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) a plus, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP beneficial.
