About the Role
The Benefits and Compensation Specialist plays a pivotal role in administering and supporting the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This position ensures that our reward structures remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee inquiries while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution. You will support annual open enrollment planning, coordinate with benefits brokers and vendors, and monitor benefits utilization to provide actionable insights to HR leadership. Additionally, you will partner with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and support HR leadership with total rewards reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister company compensation programs including salary benchmarking and pay structure management
- check_circleConduct market analysis and compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay practices
- check_circleAssist with annual compensation review processes including merit increases and bonus planning
- check_circleProvide compensation recommendations to HR and leadership based on market data and internal equity
- check_circleMaintain compensation data and reporting within Workday HRIS
- check_circleServe as primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
- check_circleSupport annual open enrollment planning, communication, and execution
- check_circleCoordinate with benefits brokers and vendors to ensure effective program delivery
- check_circleMonitor benefits utilization and provide reporting and insights to HR leadership
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or total rewards
- verifiedProficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and reporting skills
- verifiedCertified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or SHRM/HR certification desired
