The Benefits and Compensation Specialist plays a pivotal role in administering and supporting the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This position ensures that our reward structures remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee inquiries while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution. You will support annual open enrollment planning, coordinate with benefits brokers and vendors, and monitor benefits utilization to provide actionable insights to HR leadership. Additionally, you will partner with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and support HR leadership with total rewards reporting and analytics.
