Alliant Human Capital is seeking an experienced Consultant - HR & Benefits to support multiple client engagements within a fast-paced consulting environment. This position serves as a key strategic partner to our clients, bridging the gap between hands-on operational support and high-level guidance across HR operations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will navigate a dynamic landscape where you manage day-to-day HR functions while simultaneously driving project-based improvements. Your day will involve acting as the primary liaison between clients and external stakeholders, including benefits vendors, brokers, and carriers. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with complex regulations such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), while also optimizing HRIS systems to enhance user experience and data accuracy.
