The Human Resources Specialist is a central figure in our operations, serving as the foundation for HR compliance while acting as a versatile backup across all other HR functions. This role is designed for a detail-oriented and organized professional passionate about ensuring fairness in the workplace.
You will be primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all departments. Beyond policy work, you will provide guidance and education to managers and employees on policy interpretation, investigate violations, and assist in disciplinary processes as needed. Additionally, you will serve as a cross-trained backup for recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives.
