Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar within Unity Health's Human Resources team, managing a diverse array of functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The role is designed to ensure seamless compliance with employment laws while upholding the organization's commitment to HR best practices.

The Associate will operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to juggle multiple priorities and exercise significant judgment when coordinating processes both within the department and across other units. Success in this role demands a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive employee information, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist departmental personnel.
