The Recruiter serves as the primary driver of talent acquisition across all branch locations, bridging the gap between our manufacturing needs and the local community. This role is designed to develop robust talent pipelines by fostering relationships with local high schools, universities, technical colleges, and community groups. You will act as the sales function of human resources, showcasing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier candidates.
In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job ads and sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with department leaders to understand skill requirements, coaching hiring managers on best practices, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through consistent communication. You will also play a pivotal role in workforce planning, managing internship programs, and maintaining accurate data within our ATS to drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes.
