About the Role

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR & Talent Management function. This hands-on role exists to ensure our people operations run seamlessly, allowing our strategic teams to focus on client success. You will partner closely with senior leaders to enhance company culture, drive employee engagement, and support the growth of our workforce.

In this position, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding and performance management. Your day will involve coordinating benefits and payroll changes, maintaining accurate HRIS data, and advising managers on employee relations and compliance. You will also play a key role in implementing training initiatives and process improvements that align with our client-focused values.
