As an HR Transformation Manager, you will lead and shape how organizations approach HR in the digital age. This high-visibility role is designed to define, execute, and sell HR transformation projects that seamlessly integrate digital solutions, automation, and process optimization. You will partner closely with clients to evolve their HR functions, enhancing both business performance and employee satisfaction.
Your day-to-day involves advising senior stakeholders on HR operating models, technology strategies, and the evolution of HR strategy in alignment with shifting business goals. You will drive the narrative of how traditional HR practices blend with digital innovations like AI and Generative AI to create future-state models. From designing new service delivery frameworks to leading change management efforts, you will empower clients to activate and sustain transformation initiatives long-term.
Beyond execution, you will act as a thought leader, developing and coaching practitioners on the functional craft of HR Transformation. You will represent Accenture at industry events, contributing to the broader conversation on emerging digital HR trends and fostering a culture of innovation within the practice.

In-depth understanding of leading HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and expertise in evaluating HRIS, talent management systems, and AI-driven solutions. Experience managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes. Strong understanding of HR operating models, including shared services, outsourcing, and service delivery optimization. Proven experience enhancing employee engagement and well-being through innovative HR strategies and digital solutions. Expertise in managing complex projects from strategy to execution, with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Skilled in leading business development, building strong client relationships, and writing compelling proposals. Contributions to industry thought leadership through writing, speaking engagements, and research. Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships with C-suite executives. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with workforce analytics and creating HR dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience with global clients and knowledge of international HR practices and compliance. Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Staying current with Generative AI capabilities and toolsets applicable to Talent functions.
