As an experienced talent strategist and consultant, you will lead workforce transformation efforts across talent functions. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on building future-ready workforces and possesses a passion for creating dynamic employee experiences that blend people, technology, and culture.
In this position, you will develop and execute holistic talent transformation strategies, helping clients design comprehensive plans covering hiring, learning, mobility, and retention. You will shape new skilling approaches to address capability gaps and drive change initiatives that enable organizations to adopt and sustain talent innovations. Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to business development by crafting proposals and expanding the practice's capabilities, while also leading internal initiatives such as market research and thought leadership. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and the willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
