About the Role

As KLA HR evolves to leverage AI at scale, this role plays a critical part in extending intelligent automation, decision support, and employee experience capabilities across HR systems and operations. The AI Systems and Operations Specialist will drive AI across HR Systems, Operations, and key HR business processes. This position is responsible for advancing systems and tools to improve operational efficiency through AI. It encompasses exploring and benchmarking AI enhancement options, driving technology AI roadmaps, developing solutions, testing, and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
