About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Talent Recruiter to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for hiring elite talent. This position is technically focused, requiring a genuine passion for recruiting technical talent.
You will manage the entire candidate process, from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. By leveraging your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you will effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. Your day-to-day involves identifying and engaging top talent using innovative sourcing strategies, providing a high-touch experience from application to offer, and acting as the search expert for functional areas. You will drive the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates while partnering with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and target profiles.

Requirements

- verifiedUnderstanding of immigration, relocation, and compensation trends
