About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will lead recruiting efforts while supporting benefits, HRIS/payroll, and coaching for our property management team. This role is designed for someone who loves building teams and improving systems. You will partner with operational leaders and the Portfolio Manager - Talent Manager to ensure HR practices translate effectively to on-site operations and resident-facing environments. The position offers an opportunity for limited hybrid work following successful onboarding and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage full-cycle recruiting for property management and corporate roles
- check_circleAdminister bi-weekly payroll and ensure timekeeping accuracy
- check_circleMaintain employee records and data integrity in Paylocity HRIS
- check_circleAdminister company-wide benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment
- check_circleProvide HR guidance to employees and support performance management processes
- check_circleAssist with employee relations investigations and conduct exit interviews
- check_circleDraft and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- check_circlePartner with the Safety Team on safety program administration and OSHA logs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- verified3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
- verified2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- verifiedBenefits administration experience preferred
- verifiedExperience supporting HR compliance activities
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- verifiedPaylocity experience preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license and insurance
