The Compensation & Retirement Analyst plays a pivotal role in coordinating employee Compensation and Retirement programs under the direction of the Director of Compensation and Retirement. This position is essential for ensuring that our compensation models and retirement benefits remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission to support its workforce.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Talent, Rewards & HRIS team, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our compensation structures and retirement plans, from conducting market pricing and job leveling to administering annual pension contributions and 403(b) payroll processes. Your work directly impacts the financial well-being of our employees and the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent.
