As an Offshore Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to ensure Noble secures the right talent to support our offshore operations. This role exists to bridge the gap between our strategic workforce needs and the specialized talent required to execute them. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, build precise candidate profiles, and drive a seamless hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
In this position, you will develop proactive recruitment strategies and cultivate strong pipelines across offshore and field positions. Your day-to-day involves leveraging diverse channels, including universities and maritime academies, to attract top-tier candidates. You will play a key role in verifying offshore certifications, coordinating pre-rig training, and managing accurate records in Workday. With occasional domestic travel to support recruitment initiatives, you will help shape the future of our offshore workforce.
