Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOrganize and support internal and external recruitment efforts to attract diverse talent
- check_circleDevelop and implement search strategies using social media, job boards, and vendor relationships
- check_circleReview applications and assess candidates against appropriate criteria
- check_circleProvide instruction on recruitment processes and interviewing guidelines to Hiring Managers
- check_circleAdminister required testing processes and present pre-screened candidates to Hiring Managers
- check_circleDevelop customized pre-screening questions and evaluation forms for each requisition
- check_circleCoordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements with Hiring Managers and candidates
- check_circleInitiate the onboarding process including offer packages, background screenings, and orientation
- check_circleManage the promotion and transfer process for internal candidates
- check_circleMaintain applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system
- check_circleCollaborate with the interview team to gather feedback and participate in final hiring decisions
- check_circleAttend seminars to maintain current knowledge of federal contractor recruitment laws
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource or related field OR equivalent work experience
- verified0-2 years' experience in Human Resources
- verifiedProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS Systems and Internet usage
- verified18 years of age or older
- verifiedProof of US Person Status
- verifiedNo felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years
- verifiedNo felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years
- verifiedWillingness to submit to a drug screen
- verifiedWillingness to submit to a background check
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, and other professional and technical positions. Experience in Employee Relations. Experience with Workday HRIS system. Working knowledge of AAP, EEO and OFCCP guidelines as they pertain to Government Contractors.
