The Training Specialist serves as a strategic partner within the Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of HR. This role is designed to assess, develop, and implement effective department and company-wide training programs that enhance employee skills and drive job performance.
You will work closely with the VP of Sales and the broader Sales team to create initiatives that support our employees, benefit our customers, and positively impact continued business growth. The position requires a blend of instructional design expertise and sales acumen to build ongoing training and development programs that foster a culture of learning and growth.
