We are seeking a Coordinator, People Strategy to join our Firm in our New York or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will support practice management and attorney/professional development for an assigned global practice group. You will assist in coordinating practice management activities, communications, staffing workflows, and operational processes, while helping to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for attorneys.
This position works closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, Talent Acquisition, People Development, People Operations, and other Firm departments—including Marketing, Business Development, Knowledge Management, and Office Administration—to support the effective execution of practice group priorities. You will serve as a key point of contact for Practice Leaders and attorneys on People Strategy initiatives, coordinating cyclical talent processes and ensuring alignment with firmwide objectives. Your day-to-day work involves partnering with centralized teams to organize resources, tracking alumni engagement, and supporting staffing efforts to align attorney experience with practice group needs.
