The Education Administrative Coordinator serves as a vital support partner to the Chief Learning and Partnerships Officer (CLPO). This role is essential for leading the implementation of strategic plans and educational programming for the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry. You will act as the operational backbone for the Education Division, organizing and coordinating activities related to strategic partnerships, division meetings, and cross-divisional collaboration to ensure organizational goals are met.
In this position, you will manage complex logistics, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and budget oversight for a $500k Education Admin budget. You will serve as a liaison between the Education Division and other departments, such as Finance, while managing external consultant relationships and maintaining partnership records in Salesforce.
