About the Role
The Membership Service Representative (MSR) plays a key role in supporting the YMCA mission by ensuring the reliable and consistent delivery of outstanding customer service to members and guests at the front desk. You will serve as the key resource point for information regarding branch programs, activities, merchandise, and general communication needs, providing answers both in person and by phone.
In this position, you will handle a variety of responsibilities including membership sales, tours, renewals, and data entry. You will also be responsible for all financial transactions at the registration desk, such as program registration, authorized disbursements, and merchandise sales. This role offers a collaborative work environment where you can work with creative, talented, and diverse individuals.
