About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will spend time with guests to determine their vehicle needs and discuss options. You will participate in test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features, while supporting online customers by setting appointments. A key part of the role involves following up with prospective customers via email, voicemails, and texts, as well as connecting with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate leads. You will also gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology to become an auto sales expert.
