In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries about vehicles advertised online via phone and email. You will guide customers through the entire buying process, from their initial visit to the store to the final sale. Your day will involve building rapport to establish a network of referrals, conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, and utilizing the Asbury selling process to identify customer needs. Success in this position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on creating and maintaining meaningful customer relationships while working collaboratively as a team player.
