About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to join our team as a Fitness Manager. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will spend significant time on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling training packages. A key part of your mission is developing your team of personal trainers to do the same. You will build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and guarantee that those clients and other members receive an exceptional fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive sales targets and revenue generation for personal training agreements and membership growth
- check_circleCollaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and sales initiatives
- check_circleEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement necessary safety protocols
- check_circleCommunicate calmly during emergencies to provide instructions and ensure the safety of staff and members
- check_circleAddress member concerns and complaints to ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly
- check_circleSupervise facility maintenance and cleanliness including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
- check_circleEnsure all fitness staff maintain appropriate certifications including CPR, First Aid, and personal trainer credentials
- check_circleProvide constructive performance feedback to staff members to highlight strengths and areas for improvement
- check_circleManage payroll processes for Assistant Fitness Managers and personal trainers to ensure timely and accurate payments
- check_circleHire, train, schedule, and supervise Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers
Requirements
- verified2 years of management experience

- verifiedMust successfully pass background check
- verifiedCPR certification required within 30 days of hire
