About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to join us as a Fitness Manager. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will spend significant time on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling training packages. A key part of your mission is to develop your team of personal trainers, inspiring them to do the same. You must bring a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a history of commitment to delivering results and motivating clients.
Your primary purpose is to build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure they maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, and guarantee that those clients and other members receive an exceptional fitness experience.

Requirements
