About the Role
As a Personal Trainer with Equinox, you join an industry leader recognized for its expertise and the first in-house education of its kind, the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI). For over twenty years, EFTI has elevated trainers to design comprehensive, safe, and results-driven client fitness programs. This role is designed for high-performing individuals passionate about winning and inspiring others to maximize their potential.
You will serve as a partner to members, executing fitness assessments, guiding workouts, and creating personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Beyond the fitness floor, you will manage your own business by building an active client base, maintaining accurate schedules, and marketing training programs through various interactions. You will also play a vital role in hospitality, enhancing the overall club experience for members while maintaining an organized and safe environment. This position offers a pathway to management through our in-house Manager-In-Training program and includes compensation for your time spent in internal education to support your professional growth.

Requirements
