About the Role

Equinox is proudly recognized as the industry leader in Personal Training expertise, a status built on over twenty years of elevating trainers through the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI). This in-house education program ensures our trainers design comprehensive, safe, effective, and results-driven client fitness programs.

As a Personal Trainer on our team, you will join a community of high-performing individuals passionate about winning and inspiring others. You will execute fitness assessments, guide workouts, and create personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Beyond the fitness floor, you will interact with members to enhance their overall club experience and manage your schedule to build and maintain an active client base. This role is designed for those who possess the ambition, drive, and knowledge to thrive in a premier environment.
