About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to take on the role of Fitness Manager. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will spend significant time on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling training packages. A key part of your mission is developing your team of personal trainers to do the same.

Your primary objective is to build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and guarantee that those clients and other members receive an exceptional fitness experience. You must demonstrate a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results, and motivating clients.
