The Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. This role involves partnering with leadership to plan, develop, and direct nursing services in accordance with current rules and regulations. You will also play a key part in maintaining first impressions, welcoming potential customers, and ensuring the campus is tour-ready, including executing tours as necessary.
