Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in supervising the medication program and self-administration
- check_circleMaintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians
- check_circleAssist in the completion of resident assessments and service plans
- check_circleSupport Resident Services Director in hiring and managing department performance
- check_circleAssist in the training and orientation of new associates
- check_circleAssist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants
- check_circleProvide coaching and mentoring to Resident Services Department associates
- check_circleAssist with supervision of RSA staff during provision of care
- check_circleSupervise Resident Services Department associates including CNAs
- check_circleReport significant incidents and changes in residents' needs to leadership
Requirements
- verifiedRN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- verifiedExperience in assisted living or long-term care setting
- verifiedBasic First Aid and CPR certification
