About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. This role exists to ensure high-quality daily care and adherence to best practices for our residents. You will administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor residents' health status, and promptly report changes in condition. A key part of your day involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team and supporting CNAs and other care staff to maintain a safe environment.
