The Nurse Manager serves as a vital leader within our interdisciplinary team, embodying the roles of nursing leadership, direct care, and executive management. This position is designed to ensure the optimum quality of care is delivered to our residents by assessing and overseeing the need for nursing interventions and the development of comprehensive health management plans.
In this role, you will work closely with nursing staff, the Brian's House Inc. interdisciplinary team, and community providers to align nursing interests with organizational goals. You will act as the primary point of contact between individuals, families, providers, and the healthcare team, advocating for residents and anticipating their evolving healthcare needs. The Nurse Manager is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment through mentoring, coaching, and encouraging teamwork, ensuring that the highest standards of care are upheld while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Candidates selected for an interview will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of Pennsylvania state regulations, including the Professional Nurse Act and Office of Developmental Programs 6400 and 6500 regulations.
