About the Role
The Home Therapy Administrator serves as the operational backbone for assigned home dialysis modality programs, responsible for their overall daily management and success. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role is pivotal in bridging clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
In this position, you will drive program growth while implementing clinical and operational processes designed to enhance patient health and continuity of care. You will oversee critical functions including equipment management, staffing coordination, and financial targets such as budgets and labor costs. A key aspect of the role involves championing the Renal Care Options program to ensure patients are fully educated on all modality choices, while simultaneously leading quality improvement initiatives and QAPI meetings.
You will act as a vital link between the program, the Medical Director, and physicians, ensuring clear communication of patient assessments and outcomes. Whether managing on-call systems to guarantee 24/7 nursing support or maintaining rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, your leadership ensures the program operates safely and effectively. This role may also involve assuming Home Therapy Nurse responsibilities as needed, requiring a high degree of adaptability and sound judgment in emergent situations.

Successful candidates will be expected to achieve proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Requirements
- verified1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
- verifiedMust be full-time employee of the Company
- verifiedCurrent RN license in applicable state
- verified18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in home program modality
- verifiedCPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- verifiedValid driver's license in applicable state (for multiple program oversight)
- verifiedBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- verifiedAbility to distinguish all primary colors
