About the Role

The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational leader responsible for the daily management and success of the dialysis facility. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the clinic operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality patient care. The Administrator acts as a bridge between clinical operations, corporate strategy, and the governing body, ensuring that financial targets, patient outcomes, and staff development goals are met simultaneously.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on oversight. You will lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, reviewing incident reports and driving initiatives to minimize hospitalizations. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to operational readiness, including monitoring equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe physical environment, and managing inventory levels. You will also foster strong partnerships with the Medical Director, local hospitals, and community agencies to enhance patient care and service standards.

In addition to operational duties, you will lead the team by recruiting, training, and supervising staff. This includes managing performance evaluations, approving schedules, and ensuring all personnel meet required qualifications. If nursing requirements are not met within the team, you may step into the role of Charge Nurse or oversee the designated Registered Supervising Nurse to ensure clinical standards are upheld.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive interview process designed to assess leadership capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving skills. The process typically includes an initial screening, a detailed discussion of operational scenarios, and a final interview with regional leadership.

Equal Opportunity Employer

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
