As an Assistant Store Manager at our Staten Island location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers.
In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for directing team activities in the Store Manager's absence, fostering a culture of excellence, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and market share. Your day will involve analyzing financial trends, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
