The Technical Sales Engineer serves as the critical bridge between ITW Pro Brands' technical capabilities and the needs of our R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams. In this position, you will provide the technical expertise and product knowledge required to define solutions for customer challenges across our diverse portfolio, including LPS, Dykem, Scrubs, Dymon, Spray Nine, Acculube, and Rustlick.
Your day-to-day involves managing web and phone inquiries, vetting customer leads, and logging interactions in our CRM. You will drive organizational focus by developing and conducting product training for sales teams, distributors, and end-users, while also assisting R&D with lab projects and supporting marketing initiatives for new product launches. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with field sales, marketing, and R&D to gather competitive intelligence and execute strategic initiatives.
