This role is designed for a strategic leader to drive business development and secure profitable deposit business within the Homeowners Association (HOA) industry vertical. You will focus on community association management companies serving homeowner, condominium, and cooperative associations, as well as large-scale self-managed associations.
In this position, you will cultivate and maintain high-level relationships, ensuring the Bank is viewed as a superior partner in the industry. A key part of your mission is to expand these relationships by cross-selling appropriate Bank products and services. You will be responsible for developing the strategic vision for the HOA department, motivating your team through effective communication, and serving as a role model for the department's core values both internally and within the community. Your work will directly influence the Bank's share of client relationships and the profitability of all client interactions in this sector.
