The Regional Education Manager serves as the strategic leader for development, training, and coaching across the region, guiding Territory Sales Managers and retail partners. In this position, you will empower teams with the tools, techniques, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional client experiences and fuel sales growth. You will collaborate on the creation and evolution of ABH educational content, including video assets, core training programs, artistry curriculum, and selling modules for both core and new product launches. Your leadership ensures consistent talent development, strong execution in the field, and an elevated standard of education that keeps ABH at the forefront of the beauty industry.
Your day involves a dynamic blend of strategic planning and on-the-floor execution. You will partner closely with sales teams to coordinate trainings, events, and education strategies that directly support financial goals and accelerate sell-through. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to analyzing business performance and POS opportunities to implement targeted education plans that address gaps and strengthen door-by-door performance.
You will act as a subject matter expert, informing educational content and collaborating cross-functionally to design and refine ABH training programs. Whether preparing and leading training sessions for Territory Sales Managers and store teams or customizing presentation materials for regional audiences, your goal is to ensure consistent delivery of on-brand product, artistry, and sales education. You will also actively monitor competitor activity and emerging beauty trends to continuously elevate ABH's training approach.
Beyond the classroom, you will facilitate training seminars, seasonal programs, and advanced artistry sessions. You will support planning for regional conferences and annual Summit meetings, contributing to impactful education moments for the field. Additionally, you will manage administrative aspects including travel, expenses, and budgeting, while evaluating special events and training effectiveness to provide clear recommendations to leadership.
Candidates for this role should possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe, reliable vehicle, as the position requires an estimated 60% travel, including overnight and air travel depending on location. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high flexibility.
