The Senior Client Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients within a 3PL retail merchandising and marketing execution environment. This role is designed to bridge the gap between client strategy and field execution, ensuring that priorities are not only understood but proactively planned and delivered with excellence.
In this position, you will translate complex client needs into actionable direction for internal teams, including Field Operations, Client Support, and Reporting/Analytics. Your day-to-day involves monitoring execution quality, resolving issues in real-time, and delivering timely insights that drive client growth and operational compliance. You will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating with Sales to identify growth opportunities and working closely with Regional Managers to ensure field teams are fully equipped to meet client standards.
This role operates on a hybrid model, balancing approximately 60% in-office time with 40% remote work, adjusted based on business needs. The position requires regular travel to client sites, regional offices, and retail locations to validate execution, support planning, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the network.
