The Regional Education Manager serves as the strategic architect behind the development, training, and coaching of Territory Sales Managers and retail partners across the region. This role exists to elevate artistry, selling skills, and brand expertise through impactful education that drives measurable results. In this position, you will design and deliver innovative training experiences, empowering teams with the tools, techniques, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional client experiences and fuel sales growth. You will collaborate on the creation and evolution of ABH educational content, including video assets, core training programs, artistry curriculum, and selling modules for both core and new product launches. Your leadership ensures consistent talent development, strong execution in the field, and an elevated standard of education that keeps ABH at the forefront of the beauty industry.
Your day is a dynamic blend of strategic planning and on-the-floor execution. You will partner closely with sales teams to coordinate trainings and events that directly support financial goals, while analyzing business performance to implement targeted education plans that address specific gaps. Whether you are preparing and leading training sessions for Territory Sales Managers and store teams or customizing presentation materials for regional audiences, your focus remains on ensuring consistent delivery of on-brand product and sales education.
You will spend significant time in the field, providing ongoing coaching and on-the-floor education to drive artistry confidence and service excellence. From facilitating advanced artistry sessions and seasonal programs to supporting ad hoc PR and influencer events, you will model ABH standards in professionalism and brand image. Additionally, you will manage the administrative and operational aspects of the role, including budgeting, travel logistics, and maintaining an organized system for all educational resources.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle, with an estimated 60% travel requirement involving overnight and air travel depending on location.
